The quantum American fascist military empire, the very kind that President Eisenhower warned about in his 1961 farewell, is now built on "Pre-emtive War".
This so-called "Bush Doctrine" is the global over-reach of "Project for a new American Century. This strategic doctrine calls for bankrupting America in the name of permanent state of war against a world that holds our debt AND hates us!
America is now fighting over a dozen covert wars, in all kinds of operational theaters: cyber of course, then across the globe on what Colin Powell once described as an "Arc of Engagement" which I believe runs essentially across the top of South America, over to the top of Africa (Europe of course- except Switzerland, which truly has a 2nd Amendment-style Home Army) and then arcs off, into the most dictatorial, abusive- murderous- of the former Soviet Republics.
Mexico has been reduced by drug violence... to the level of tribal lands of Pakistan in term so public safety. That "threat across the border" allowed for ICE "Endgame" and the always-rumored "FEMA Camps".
Here's the truth:

Why?
Because America is now turning in on itself, dangerously unconscious,
just as
President Eisenhower warned of in his 1961 farewell speech, warning of potential American fascist militarism.
America's half century of hegemony, taking 50% of the world's resources to support 5% of the global population,
has resulted in a nation that is financially bankrupt, with no middle class to maintain social cohesion, record unemployment and no financial (or belief) equity in anything for the average person.
The danger is fascism, a coordinated corporate and government "Security State": America is beginning to rely on corporate "Little Sister" that combines secret police tactics and technology (previously used in South America) with corporate-mediated objectives to stifle dissent... with the threat of military arrest of civilians on the horizon with the NDAA 2012 Act.
America must now evolve its political expression and show this sincere change to the world...and soon! Because fascist "easy answers" of militarist and imperialist "engagement" will not work with 10 billion resource-hungry people on Earth by 2050.
What kind of war for resources, makes America in 2012 sell anti-submarine warfare aircraft to VIETNAM? Whose submarines is America arming its "ally?" Vietnam to fight? China of course!
THIS CANNOT GO ON- WITHOUT DESTROYING AMERICAN DEMOCRACY!
The consciousness of our global human species used to be completely ANALOG: "Black" and "White" could compromise on "Grey".
Now, human discourse is DIGITAL, polarized in a dangerous consciousness of "US/THEM"
(which corporate media controls with 5000 channels of polarized "opinion-based" manipulations of "us" and "them" that are totally reinforce hate, fear, sense of individual powerlessness.
American leadership must now demonstrate QUANTUM-based policies that
address the fact that "reality" is based on human perception alone,
and these perceptions are reinforced by mass "belief" (from which mass distortions and generations of hate can result from manipulation of perceptions...one person at a time).
This is very "down to earth" stuff"- not idealistic nonsense!
